Subscriptions can be canceled as long as none of the offers have been redeemed. If any offers have been redeemed, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
To cancel your subscription, click here. To request a refund* because of deal unavailability, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email associated with your Founder Club account and information on the deal you tried to redeem.
*Refunds are only available if no deals have been claimed, you are ineligible for deals, and it has not been more than 30 days from the initial date of purchase. If you have claimed any deals, we will not be able to provide a refund.
